NETCA: UK Network in Computer Algebra   NetCA support Alexei Pavlov Drs Pavlov and Huijberts have started a cooperation with Dr J Reiss (Dept of Electronic Engineering, Queen Mary University of London) in the area of "Stability analysis of high-order sigma-delta modulators" which in the future will probably result in publications and grant applications. Dr Pavlov gave a talk on "Convergent systems: linear thinking for nonlinear systems" at Queen Mary Univeristy of London.
